Welcome and thank you for choosing QSammies Barbecue and Catering! We are a mobile restaurant that specializes in keeping it simple by catering to organizations and individuals who are challenged with access to daily lunch options. Many people often ask us how we came up with our name. Here’s the short of the long. The “Q” stands for quick and also serves as a shorthand metaphor for barbecue. “Sammie” is exactly what you’re thinking….the plural version of sandwich food! The sammich is anything between two slices of bread that extends, falls out of or otherwise oozes pure goodness. But our sandwiches are far from ordinary, that’s why we call them sammies (they ooze with style!). Savory taste and quick feast are what we pride ourselves on.
